Gonna make first vid...need help^^'

Hello, I thought my computer couldn't get video's on, but than my sis said it could. I thought about it and finally wanted to know how. So umm...I was wondering if anyone could please help me :0 Ok, heres my questions:

1.How do you get animated scenes on the vid (Episodes)
2.How do you make it blink?
3.How do you make it black and white?
4.How do you add animated scenes?
5.How do you make the whole thing?
6.How do you put words?

Yeah, I know there long questions. But I wanna be apart of this guild and make video's, than show them around^^

If your too lazy to say, you can just tell how to convert the scenes to the program. And I have windows movie maker^^ I can try my best to figure out the rest
