If i breed my dogs, they have like white puppies, when they get older do they get the traits of the parents?

and if I want 8 sims in my house, can i still have pets?

yeah, they should look more like the parents when they grow up. At least thats what happened with my pets...

im pretty sure you can have 8 sims and pets too

Yes 3nodding I think you can have 8 pets and 8 Sims on a lot, that's the maximum. Although I only have five pets on the lot with 8 Sims in the family. smile

I thought they capped the maximum number of pets allowed in a house with 8 Sims at 6.
So any combination of pets and Sims are allowed so long as the total doesn't exceed 14. I think.

All puppies (and kittens) are usually solid colours and don't really resemble their parents until they reach adulthood.
