Kirozaga is small town like place in hell were demons live and spend their time. Most of the demons, undead, and other hell like creatures live in this place and other places like this that are in hell. The buildings here aren't as big as they should been being that its made up of cracked roads and dead things nothing is really alive and if it is it can kill you.
