Not playing in full screen

I don't want to play in full screen so I can go on Gaia, MSN etc. at the same time.
I typed " -w" in properties in the box labelled target. Is there any way to make it bigger, but not take the full screen. The main thing I want to see is the programs I have running so I can switch between them anytime.

How small has adding " -w" made the game window? I run in window mode and the game still fills the whole screen apart from the task bar across the bottom of the screen.

The disgusting colour is the wallpaper so it is easier to see the size of the screenshot.

Hmm, that is quite small.
The only thing I can think of is to change the screen resolution setting in the game options tab. Maybe that will help. I did have to do that to mine because the game was stretched sideways. If you do change it and notice no difference straight away then maybe try restarting the game and see if the change works then.
