it came out today. what are your opinions on it? is it better than the first remix album? worse?

Honestly, it's worse. The songs aren't as good as the first.

But the last track is enjoyable. It's a 15 minute remix of songs such as [I'll put what I can recognize]:

Ne Tou ge de Reset! [Lucky Star Image Song Vol. 003 - Hiiragi Tsukasa]

Are two really good songs. Ryosuke Nakanishi is a really good remixer; the songs are really unique.
