So, do you believe in karma?
I never really did. I don't really believe in 'luck' either. I believe in 'time and place' though.
Either way, I only know people irl that I complained to about my work schedule, and that Target was working me like a dog. ( Though they're paying me a whole bunch, so whatev. )
Well, I was just in San Francisco with Zealous Blue and I took off work from... the 28th to the 3rd, right?
Well, my work schedule is like this:
Sunday: Available.
Monday: Available.
Tuesday: Available.
Wednesday: Available.
Thursday: Unavailable.
Friday: Unavailable.
Saturday: Available.
Now, they'd rather be shot than give you weekends off.
So since May, I've never had a Saturday or Sunday to myself.
Well, after I got back from SF, it was Thursday. I don't work Thursdays or Fridays. So I had yesterday off.
BUT, they gave me TODAY off too. o_o TODAY IS SATURDAY, GUYS.
So I went in today to look at the schedule, and I'm not working TOMORROW EITHER.
Then I saw my regular Tuesday and Wednesday shift, and was like: Uh huh, uh huh...
Then I saw that I don't work THIS SATURDAY. o_o
Right about now, I'm having a heart attack in the break room.
I work next Sunday, but I DON'T WORK THE SATURDAY AFTER THAT.
WHAT THE ******** was hyperventilating in the car for about 20 minutes. x_x
DISCUSS NICE THINGS THAT HAVE HAPPENED IN YOUR LIFE.
PS: I bought this HUGE white poster today with David Bowie on it. His eyes are closed and he has orange a blue paint on his face...
His hair looks nice, too. It's so sexy... o____o
