Biography: Hayai was a calm Shinobi. He rarely stood out. Except from the fact that he rarely made the same mistake twice. He neither looked down on any opponent. He quickly became a chunin and did stay one for some time. The fact that he declined to rise to jonin level for a longer time was mostly the reason. He studied the arts of his element during this period and worked as your normal chunin. He always completed his missions with remarkable skill. Yet when he saved his entire group by the right choices, that was based on skill and not luck, he had no choice but had to advance to Jonin rank. He was now 27 and quite a skilled shinobi, he tried to keep his mind down. He would hate to end up as the bragging type.
During the next 8 years he had 2 groups of genin that just as their teacher become quite skilled. They all raised in rank when they wanted. They always waited for the opportune moment. When the Hokage was consulted dead it came as a surprise to Hayai, but not to many others. He stepped into the role without thinking twice. Even if he did not know if this was the best he took a chance once and it had now placed him behind the desk as hokage of Konohagakure. For hsi own protection he began to train with the ANBU and recived an ANBu katana as he past their own tests.
