I want my family to have Boy twins. Or just a Boy and I will make them have 2. THe point is can I make them have a boy? They have 7 kids and only 2 are boys!!!!

thats better than one of my families they have 8 girls and one boy and another is on the way and i dont know if its a girl or boy. if you use an inSIMinator then you can chose to have twins or single but you cant choose the sex....

The only way to "choose" the gender is to save the game before the birth and then reload if you don't get a boy.
For twins you can try the cheat "force twins" once the Sim is pregnant or you can get her to eat cheesecake which has the same effect (if you have OfB)
