My hypothesis is that if you try initiating more members after you already have 8 they will act like people in a dorm. They'll just be NPCs that live on that lot. Anyway, I haven't successfully tested this yet. Has anyone else tried?

I've hardly touched the greek houses in game. I haven't got a clue what would happen if more than 8 joined.
