Designing cloths?

Hey how do you make cloths for sims2 without downloading it from the internet? (I don't have internet service on the computer I play sims on.) can you give me step by step info on how to do it??

Okay, go into Sims 2 Body Shop, it should be in start under your latest expansion pack.
Then choose what you want to do (I chose a teen outfit)

After you extract it and name it go into some program like photoshop or paint
And go throguh EA games in your files, then projects and whatever you named it it should be in there.
After that you import it into your game and there it is! Your clothes, hair, makeup. Whatever you want for your sims!
