Zuri nodded. She did need to go home, to make sure that her daughters were alright. What was she thinking, going off for a couple days on her own when she should stick by there side all the time, no matter what? Stupid girl!

"Thank you!" she called out as she turned to run home, not looking back at the old lion. She faintly heard the request for a promise, and jumped once as she was running, hoping that he would know she had heard him, and acknowledged it. She had no time now to turn around, but from what she had learned of the elder, he would know exactly what that jump had meant.

Now, how to return she wouldn't know, but she would do it. She owed it to him, after all, for helping to open her eyes on how to be a better parent. She just simply needed to be there more for them.
