I think it's strange that I still think about you
Even though nothing ever happened
I think it's strange the thoughts I have about you
Even though nothing ever will
I think it's strange how I wonder if you ever think about me
Because I'm sure you have forgotten
What could have been
What never was
And what you said to me
I think it's strange how I remember
Because I do
I remember
How we laughed together
How we talked for hours
How we knew each other so well after just one day
And knew each other better with each that passed
But maybe it was just me
Maybe we didn't connect like I thought we did
Maybe I just thought you liked me
And those words really meant nothing
I think it's strange how I still think about you
Even though nothing ever happened
And nothing ever will
