Well, the real fight has started. Only problem is, Itachi has been weakened by Tsukoyomi, so he is at the disadvantage at the start. It looks like he's about to be crisped when the both try the fireball jutsu and his is seriously weakened, but then he pulls out amaterasu and it is looking pretty bad now.

well, i'm hoping this one doesn't go on as long as the genjutsu. and sasuke started ripping up itachi with shurikins. . .

Oh well, it's just some black flame. Sure it bust a hole through a great toad's stomach. But this is way easier to escape than two fingers and a thumb brushing up against your eye socket. Itachi's weakened. Sasuke will win, and I shall revel in his sweet victory.

And I shall curse and Scream and cry because the Uchiha I hate lived and the Uchiha I liked died. Meh, I guess there's always Madara, even if he was crazy, he was pretty hot.

That is probably because Sasuke is a horrible, flat, uninteresting character behind all the eye candy and neat tricks. In this manga, anyone can do cool combat tricks, so that's nothing special. As a character his is not good.

Just because his brother is more selfish doesn't make Sasuke any less so. he put his revenge and his wants before anything and everything else. And when his friends tried to help him he just pushed them away acting like no one could understand his pain when there are at least over 5 other people in this manga so far that had as equally screwed up/scarred childhoods.

That's probably the reason i found Orochimaru lacking as a villian as well as an annoying one, he had no real good motivation. He was just plain evil with no real reason for it, and that is just overused and boring. The man had it all when he was growing up, power, skill, praise, 'fangirls', etc. and he just suddenly is evil out of the blue.

Where as one of the better characters in general, and one of the best villians in this series, Sasori (ie: the tragic monster for those of you who don't recognize the arch-type). This guy was not always the way he was when we saw him. He was just a boy, and he just wanted his mom and dad. His early life screwed him up, made him callus.

And stop acting like it was a big deal that Sasuke is going to beat itachi, we all knew it was going to happen, just like we knew that Deidra was going down, because Kishi will not let him die until his entire revenge is complete.
