	Chibiusa is only tolerable in Musicals and in the manga. In everything else she's pretty annoying and slightly redundant as well as well...a cannon fodder. She's not really impressive. It was cute the first time around witht he Black Moon Clan, but after a while she was annoying.

	Chibi Usa was best in the Manga. Serena's second daughter, shown only once in the manga-very end, seems like a second Usagi. (Note that I am not talking about ChibiChibi, but about a part in the manga that has children from all of the inner scouts togethor)
