panagbenga flowers, closing of session road, and all the stalls selling stuff..^^ 4laugh

every time baguio celebrate panagbenga it always rains...
maybe all the floats was totally messed up... ^^
dunno what happened this year..^^

but i never went out during the event.. dunno why..
