Couple questions.

Just started playing neopets again. Haven't played in a while, so don't know a couple things. gonk Anywho:

1 What do the morphing potions do? IE: I would I be able to use a Plushie Cybunny Morphing Potion on an acara, to turn it to a plushie cybunny, or would I have to have a cybunny to use the potion on it?

2 I have a couple accounts. I really don't go on the extra ones, they are just old accounts I dun like, but I happened to look up the userlook ups. And it says one has 4 key quest things, and one has two. My main has none. And my sisters has 1. But we haven't redeemed any codes or anything. And the three accounts that have the keys haven't been logged into for a long time. How exactly did they get there?
