I think the angle of the legs are a bit off, and the left leg is too skinny. I'm not an expert, but that's just what it seems like to me.

The neck is too short, and I don't understand the arm that's holding the gun, which is why I sorta tried to figure it out with the blue line, but perhaps you should just do something like the yellow lines.... *shrug*

maybe you already finished this piece.... oh well.
