	This doesn't just affect artists though; this affects anyone with photos, anything on the internet. I had seen something about an Orphan works bill and as I perusing the internet and didn't click on it thinking it had to do with orphaned children, silly me. rolleyes Thanks for posting this up, I'm going to start spreading it and hopefully people will contact their representatives about it.

	I can't beleive this is still going on. When are they going to let it die? I will say one thing though. It's getting a mention in my podcast, and I'm emailing my Dean about it (I go to art school). There's been nothing mentioned in our campus newsletter about it, and I think that if we get a one or two thousand art students all contacting senators, it might make something of an impact.

	no. this is wrong. It violates international fair use policies and copy write laws. It's just bullshit. I covered it in my Fair Use class earlier this year, it doesn't mean what people think it means. Nothing has the right to strip you of your copywrite without your permission, or a suitable amount of time- which is 75 years after your death( unless whoever is managing your estate properly) Don't get worked up about it, I promise that it won't ever affect you.
