Bigfoot and formal wear?

I was looking at some screenshots the other day and in them the bigfoot from Bon Voyage was wearing a bowler hat and vest jacket. I've also seen a download in which someone has extracted these items to use in bodyshop but my question is this:
How do you get bigfoot to wear formal clothes in normal gameplay? I thought it might have been like Servos where you click on them and get the option but I've never had that sort of option on my playable bigfoot.
So how is it done?

Hm.
That is rather strange.

Maybe they used boolProp!
Cause you can make sims change their clothes with boolProp.
I'll try it later and post some screenshots when I get the chance.

But when you have boolProp enabled, you can just shift-click on the sim and get the option somewhere to have them put on certain types of clothes.

Oh yeah. I've tried it on regular Sims but didn't think to try it on Bigfoot. They never seem to change into the catagory of clothes I choose though. If I click formal wear they change into underwear and I have to choose naked to get them in swimwear. Its just trial and error in my game.
