I. The Essential Rule
Gaia's TOS are enforced at all times, in particular the following will not be tolerated within the Guild:
~slander
~non PG-13 content
~cybering
~threats
~stalking
~harassment
~excessive signature size.
By not abiding Gaia's TOS, you run the risk of not only being banned from the Guild, but also GAIA.
II. Posting
A. THE MOST IMPORTANT RULE HERE...PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL! Wicca, Paganism and the like, are very controversial subjects. So please make sure to treat other guild members kindly and respectfully. You may not always agree with other people's opinions but, we are each entitled to our own. Debates are encouraged, but please keep them friendly, and never attack another member's personal beliefs. In debate threads, we also ask that if you make a claim that you be able to back that claim up with a valid source. While it is OK to disagree with someone - we ask that you be careful in how you express your disagreement. EVERYONE should be treated with respect - No matter what their race, religion, sexual orientation, etc. In other words: NO FLAMING! We also ask that you try to refrain from using cuss words/bad language - there is really no call for it here in the guild and others may find it offensive.
B. Anyone found to be purposefully lying or misrepresenting him/herself will risk being banned from the guild. This is not an RP (or a joke) and those of us who are knowledgeable will notice when someone is not being truthful. Please don't do it.
C. No long quote towers. Please only quote what you need to and don't quote pics unless absolutely necessary.
D. Please keep all Non-Wicca related discussions in the Common Room. If you start an off-topic discussion in another subforums, be aware that it may be moved to it's proper place by the Crew.
E. There is a BUMP Thread in the Arcade (with ongoing contests) and a Chat Thread in the Common Room, please don't create any other ones. If you are looking for ways to earn extra gold - be sure to check out the Arcade. Feel free to create your own games there as well!!!
F. We are all one big happy family, so please feel free to introduce yourself in the "Introduction Thread". We also want our members to be active, so we do ask that you check in AND post on a regular basis. Members who do not post regularly may be asked to leave, so please be sure to post. For those of you who like to lurk there is a guestbook for you to sign whenever you are in the guild that way we know who all is hanging out with us.
G. In general please feel free to create threads, be sure to look around first and make sure that there is not already one on the same topic already in existence. Also please make sure to post your threads in the proper subforums. Again if please don't be upset if your thread gets moved around by the Crew (which will happen if we feel that your thread belongs in one of the subforums). You will be notified if your thread is moved. On a related note...don't be afraid to to ask questions - we are all here to support each other, and no matter how advanced or how new you are to Wicca and Witchcraft - we are always learning new things. If there is a topic that interests you (even if you don't know anything about it)...make a thread - no doubt there is someone who can help, or you will inspire others to seek the answers as well.
H. Please don't double post in a thread (except for game/bump thread). If you were the last person who posted, you can simply edit your post to include the new stuff you want to post. Excessive double posting will earn you points (see post below).
I. There is a Suggestions thread - please give us your input! This is your guild - we want you to be happy!!!
J. Threads that have been inactive for more than 2 months may be moved to the Archives.
III. Pictures
A. Please DON'T quote pictures. It creates confusion! (unless they are little)
B. All pictures must be Pg-13, due to Gaia's TOS.
C. Pictures posted in this Guild are assumed to be the property of the User posting them; such being the case, the User will be held liable for content posted. If you posting something that isn't yours please be sure to list your source.
IV. General Info (more to be added as I think of it blaugh )
A. MidnightLetter is the guild mule - please send all donations to her. Also feel free to stop by her profile from time to time and leave comments on how great the guild is.

By joining this Guild you agree to abide by these rules, if you feel that you cannot, then we would have to ask you to leave . Be aware that these rules may change at anytime - although we will do our best to let you know of any changes - we also ask that you check the Guide Book periodically.
