Nausica'a' of the valley of the wind

This is the second film of Miyazaki-sama's and i'm suprised no one has posted a topic about it. I like this movie, personally, because of the storyline. Did you know that before Miyazaki-sama could create this into a movie he had to make it into a comic first! The studio that he worked for, before he crated Studio Ghibli, said that there was no point in making this movie without a comic first! Thankfully He didn't give up and the series was published in a magazine called Animage It was an imadiate hit and so was the movie!

LOVE IT! Well I do like all of Miyazaki's films. So its no suprise I like this one.

I loved Nausicaa! My fave part was when she made friends with the little foxsquirrel. It's so cute!

yeah, that was so cool how she didn't jerk away when he bit her whee my favorite part is toward the end when Nausicaa is determind to get the baby insect back before the pack destroys the valley.

I absolutely loved this movie as well! I also watched another one of Miyazaki's films, Castle In The Sky, and oddly enough and to my great joy, the little fox squirrel was in that movie also!! blaugh heart whee

I like a lot of Miyazaki's work. This one wasn't the best (Howl's Moving Castle is the best by far, followed by Princess Mononoke.), but this is a close third.<3 I like the themes presented in this piece!

I really liked Nausicaa! And yes, the little fox-squirrelly thingies are everybody's favorite! I have to wonder though if the two movies are connected in another way? The giant 'things' that destroyed the world in Nausicaa, did anyone notice that they look like the gigantic robot things in Castle in the Sky?

OMG! i love this movie heart
i haven't seen it in so long and i've wanted to watch it again for a few years now

Myazaki is the best! I like how the animation in Nausicaa was a little "old style"
