Old threads. You know them, you love them, but sometimes they just have to go. Sometimes it's because they break the ToS. Other times, they just get old & become unused or unneeded. This is where all old threads are sent, so that we may go back & look at past mistakes or old memories.
Only the mods can send a thread here, & it would be proffered if no new threads were started here.
