It looks...like he's trying...to communicate.
I believe he's trying to say this:
"Laugh out loud, Shane! I know [something something something] cool! (laughing face) (something) emo for life, laugh out loud!
...That's all I've got.

It might be English.
Then again, it's probably just some obscure dialect of idiot.

I think you have a new dialect of some strange country there. It kind of looks like an odd cross between Text Talk, German, Hindi, and English, with a touch of Elvish. rofl

ik vind hem echt cewl = I think he really cewl = I think he's really cool
I think this must be an inside joke. Aitbox? Don't ask me!

Maybe it's some deranged form of Cockney rhyming slang...

Amaya-chan3383 "ik vind hem echt cewl" That kind of looks like some sort of Germanic language...I'm not sure, but I really hope that isn't English. gonk I think it is German. No, wait...(uses Google Translator)...I think it's a variant of Dutch. It is a different language, though. I still haven't found Aitbox.

That's Dutch, not German.
"I find him really cool." "I think he's really cool."
It's not really capitalized and "cewl" is a colloquialism like "kewliezz" that suggests idiots exist all over the world and that the English language isn't the only one being butchered right now.
German's kind of icky these days with the kids abbreviating things, too. This includes trash like shortening "hast du" to "haste". D:
The thing that really amazes me about the txt epidemic here is that English words are so freaking short compared to some of the extremely commonly used words in other languages, yet people are so lazy that they decide words like "are" (the comparable word in other languages having 4+ letters in most cases) are just too long to type.
It's unsettling. Thank god for our little refuge.

It looks half-English, half-Dutch (thanks n00bie fee), and with a touch of... I have no earthly idea. What in the seven hells is that?
Perhaps "Aitbox" is someone's username?
