Would Retardation Be Inhanced?

If you were human and were mentally handycapped, then turned into a vampire. Would your retardation be inhanced?

Or since you get a photographic memory and such when you're a vampire, would your retardation as a human grow weaker and you'd end up getting smarter? But if your brain was squishy and not healthy like other humans, how would it work correctly if you were a vampire?

that's a good question, but alice was crazy wasnt she? and she halucinated, so when she was a vampire, she saw the future. maybe the person would just take their biggest personality trait with them.
