For me, it's during the Water 7/Enies Lobby arc, when Sanji, Franky, and Usopp are on the train. One of the Marines charges the door, Sanji opens it and then as he's watching the Marine goes soaring out the door he says "Oh, you wanted out?"

So funny

I think mine has to be either the "Oh, you wanted out?" by Sanji in the Enies Lobby arch or the defeat of Rob Lucci at the end of the same arch. So amazing
