Twilight/New Moon/Eclipse Obsession?

I think it's more of an obsession with Edward Cullen. I don't know why but girls just "fall in love" with Edward. I mean He's a really great character but I don't know. That's what i see in my obsessed-with-Twilight-friends. Don't know if that's it.

Well I'm not overly obsessed (sp?) though, i have only read the first book ( in less than 48 hours smile ). It's not that I'm just finding out about it, it's that i could never locate it in the bookstore and got into several other series before finally finding the first one. I am completely into vampires, and i found twilight very captivating, though after what I've seen about the movie, i'm not to thrilled to see it. Like any other book that is suspenseful I want to get the next book just to see what happens.
