can't find folders?

you know the download folder or the music folder and stuff. i don't really know how to use this computer, it's a dell and i have windows?
i tried opening the folders but it just leads me to the programs like body shop, uninstallation, i can't find where all the folders are.
help?

You should see a folder on your Desktop called "My Computer".
Double-click on that and open "My Documents".
Then find "EA Games""Sims 2".

You may not have a Downloads folder in there, but you can make a new one by right clicking, hovering over "New" and clicking on "Folder".
Be sure to name it "Downloads".
And yes, it is case-sensitive.
