are there chapters talking about the fourth hokage being naruto's dad? oh and is the current event in the anime with those four people and Sora exclusive for the anime.

To answer your first question, i can't really say...i'd have to do some research myself. but as for your second question, yes it's pretty much filler for the anime though i haven't watched it myself. (I've only been reading the manga)

in one of the newer manga chapter you do find out that naruto is the son of the 4th hokage and was named after a charater in one of jiraya's books
