So What Game Developers do YOU trust?

I find it amusing that the public thinks EA releases a better ratio of quality games than Valve. You know, Valve, the game company who's track record is pretty much just Half Life, HL2, and the other Half Life based games. Apparently countless shitty sports games > half life.

Yes, I know Valve. Only a noob wouldn't know Valve. They make decent games. Better than the games EA makes, for sure. Once again, it's nothing more than a popularity contest and developer recognition.

I tend to understate many things. That was one of them. See, I say Blizzard makes good games when I mean they make epic games, and things like that.

I think it goes based off only a particular game the developer makes.EA=crap,but there's soooooooo many sports fans that will by them reguardless.Ubisoft in my opinion has crap.People like Splinter Cell,and Assassins Creed,so they base all the scores off those few games.It's sad,but I don't think the companies are being judged as a whole.Just for a scant few games.

I think the only reason people buy EA Sports games is because they own all of the major sports licenses, so nobody else can make sports games without getting a huge lawsuit. It sucks that EA's commercialism eats away at potentially good games.

I was referring to the rest of the market dominance that EA has. Maybe I should make that more obvious...

EA has a lot of people working for them, and with a work force that large, they could produce something as epic as what Blizzard puts out. They don't, though, because it's an expensive process and they can make money more easily by producing crappy games that people will buy anyways.

There were good sports games back in the day of the 64 and Genesis but those have long since passed, oh the days of mutant league and Blitz...*sighs*
