OKAY. SO I FINALLY got a MTS2 account, and I downloaded this collection and put it in the collection folder.

So why doesn't it pop up in the game?

And I did download the bedding, too..... ;-;

Could you provide a link to what you downloaded? Downloaded items are usually put into the Downloads folder. I've never used a Collections folder before although I assume they appear under the collections tab in-game.

Did you download JUST the file named "ChezMoiBedroomCollection.rar" ? If so then that is your problem. You ALSO need to have the "ChezMoiBedroom.rar" file which contains the actual items.
All the collection file does is make it so that all of the items will appear together in one collection in the Build or Buy mode of the game. This collection file doesn't actually have the items in it.

For future reference you will NEVER need SimPE to have items show up in your game. You would need SimPE if you wished to create your own objects but not to use other peoples'.

Oooh, okay. I didn't download SimPE, which is good.

And for a reason, I did download all of them. I don't know what I did wrong, though.....

Another wierd thing is that I downloaded some bedding and what-not, and it appeared in the game. o_0

The bedding is independant of the actual beds. If a bedding recolour is made on one bed it will be available for all beds.
