Help me with my hunt

I recently got a Ps3, but I am not ready to give up on Ps2, in fact, I am currently on the hunt for games I missed out on playing the first time around. Please tell me about any games I ought to play. Here is a list of what I currently own with some favourited:

Silent Hill (all of them) (fave, especially 2)

There are a couple more, but I cannot be bothered checking prob not good anyways. Notice that my list is devoid of sports games, I'd like to keep it that way. There are more that I have played but do not own, but if I liked them I would own them!

I have played metal gear: solid on Playstation, I didn't know there was an essential collection! I will look out for it, I hope they have it in my country. 3nodding

if you like action, adventure, gaining experience, mini-games, gripping storyline and awesome *environment-to-your-liking-in-fights* go for Yakuza 1 & 2. the voices are in japanese and the text in english. also Yakuza 3 is out in Japan just not yet in Europe or elsewhere. i dont have updates on this except that it exists xD gd luck
