how do you change/make a sig?

ive been wondering how you make a sig. cuz i can't find out how to!!!!

I tend to use Microsoft paint becuase it's the only program I have. But anything like that or photo shop anything that will allow you to add words images basically make your own picture. Then I use Photobucket to save my images on the account. Photobucket will give you smile
