Thinking of Trading My DS Lite in for a PSP

Yeah, I've beaten it. I like square enix games, and it came in a two pack for the PS1 a while back.

Considering they're square enix now, thats what i am accustomed to calling them.

Yes, but my point is that old square games > newer games after the merger. Seriously, final fantasies 1-9, chrono trigger, and super mario RPG, original FFT (best ones I can think of) > newer final fantasies/kingdom hearts/other crap.

Gaming in general sucks compared to 10 years ago actually.

Maybe story wise/originality. Gameplay itself is continuously getting better, with some exceptions.

I wouldn't say gameplay is. Graphics/Connectivity/Voice Acting definitely is. The thing is, when squareenix wins an award for FFXII, what the hell is contending against it? There aren't many great RPGs being made anymore.
