Edward. Anthony. Mason. Edward awoke shivering, in the Durmstrang dorm, though it wasn’t even cold; cold sweat dripped down his pale face. He’d had that dream once more. The same one, it just kept replaying in his head, behind his eye lids. The strange thing was it started when he arrived at Hogwarts, why was the image of his mother’s death flashing in his head. She’d died from natural causes, and soon he’d began to accept that, but why were his dreams reminding him of what he saw? His right had felt his forehead, almost expecting it to be hot, as if his illness had been triggered. What exactly would the other Durmstrang students do if he started hyperventilating in their dorm? Edward’s dark humor caused him to chuckle slightly as he pushed himself out of his bed. He scurried into the bathroom, making sure no one saw his face, in case his dream had caused his expression to differ. He fingered his face as he looked in the mirror, nope, still as pale as ever; that was normal though.
You know where when a normal person pressed down on their skin; it’d leave a small white imprint sort of thing? Yeah well his skin was basically that color all the time. Jokingly, his excuse was that he was a vampire, at least that’s what he told people, and usually that distracted them long enough for him to change the subject. They’d never know it was because he was ill; it wasn’t contagious though, other wise he’d still be in bed. He stretched his arms above his head, well at least he felt okay…ish. His dark green eyes scanned his face for anything more, anything he needed to be aware of so he could hide it, or at least have an excuse for it. As far as he could tell, there was nothing he’d missed. And clearly, he was terribly observant to even go to this much trouble. He ripped his PJ’s off then started to get dressed, since it was Saturday, he would be a bit spontaneous. He shimmed a black T-shirt on that read ‘You wish your wand was as big as mine.’ on it, he grinned at his humor. He did love this shirt. Then he slipped on a pair of jeans. Edward didn’t really care if he got yelled at by a teacher; his girlfriend was a different story though. She’d seen this shirt before hadn’t she? Maybe not, she went to an all girl’s school; he didn’t see her at school. He scanned himself once more then left his dormitory; finally heading out the door towards the Great Hall.
