Prayer of answering

I was wondering if anyone heard of a prayer that you do and shows you the way.

I want to know how to pray it and what I have to say.
I am Shi'i if that helps in anything....

I have no idea where to find it and who to ask.
I think it is called "istikra" or something like that.

Regardless that I dunno much about what you stated on "istikra" but what I do do to help in faith is search through texts and info on what we believe in to help believe. Qur'ans a good source, Or hadiths, Or biographies on the lives of the people who saved Islam numerous times. Hope that helps, On the istikra thing couldn't you just ask a sheik at a near by mosque?
