I've seen episodes 1-26 of .Hack//SIGN...but not episodes 26 and 27 (Intermezzo and Unison)!
Can anyone tell me where I can watch them?

You shouldn't worry too much about those two
Unison is non-canonical (still funny) and Intermezzo is what I consider a Coda to the whole series. Looks cool but not vital to anything. The real finally was Episode 25. You can probably get along juuuust fine without Intermezzo.

I watched all the episodes on youtube. They actually have some with REALLY good quality. ^^ 3nodding

To Lady Phantom: Even though the episodes are considered non-canon I like to think of Unison as the OFFICIAL ending. //Roots and //G.U. are what I cinsider non-canon at this point (despite the fact I never seen/played them >.> ). 3nodding

.hack//SIGN ended with episode 25 for me. I consider the episode that is just a recall of everything that happened in the series, the episode explaining stuff about Mimiru, and the episode that is just FULL of inconsistencies (Sora's in a coma, people! Tsukasa didn't really return to The World, and Subaru didn't either according to .hack//Zero! D< ) to sully the holiness that is .hack//SIGN.
I find the fact that I regard .hack as holy kind of disturbing, specially since I'm not religious. O_o
