It has been noted by some players that with Apartment Life installed a Sim's mobile phone (cell phone) will be deleted from their inventory after they attempt to answer an incoming call.
If a Sim receives any Nightlife related mail ie love letters/hate letters/meal vouchers at an apartment it will render the mailbox unusable leading to your Sim's eviction as they can't pay bills.
