Cant remember if i've put this one up before... But this is an actual establishment in Orange County California. In down town Orange.

I got yelled at by the owner, for taking this picture, and laughing hysterically. Good for me, i found that i could run faster than him.

My guess is it's to staple the target to the post.

We use a cheap $8 one for Wal-Mart.
It works surprisingly good.
