okay so i was thinking about this...
since Renesmee is immortal
what will happen to jacob
because he will only remain a shapeshifter if he is angry
after he has learned to control his anger
he will continue to age while renesmee stays the same
what would happen if Jacob died?

I believe that Jacob can remain a werewolf (shapeshifter if anyone wants to be technical) as long as he masters control. In New Moon (I believe), Jacob says you need a dertain amount of control to become fully human again. And if you become fully human, phasing into a wolf is no longer necessary.

So as long as Jacob controls the phasing thing, and phases regularly, (which shouldn't be a problem because he's going to live with Nessie), he might certainly be as immortal Nessie. (Because face it, there's only a handfull of hybrid vampire-humans, and they're only a couple of hundred years old tops. So who's to say that the hybrids are immortal immortals).
