This is a link to an RP starting up called Scorched Earth: The Delta Files. Pretty much, radiation from the sun has mutated people and killed off most of the world's population. Now, people live in domes, and any mutants found are captured and experimented on. Likewise, any experiments created by the domed cities as a counteracting agent for the sun's rays who escape are hunted down as well. You can either be an escaped experiment or a Specialist, a person from the domed cities sent out to capture them. Here's the link.
