Santa Claus : The Movie 1985

I havent seen this movie for years but i remember so much about it.
I loved John Lithgow in this movie such a great bad guy.
the idea with how the reindeers fly is really orignal and wicked.

I remember getting this the Christmas after Tim Allen's Santa Clause came out. I was so disappointed that it wasn't Allen's movie that I have never watched it. rofl
I did try back then...but I found it boring, what with my childish attention span. blaugh

I saw this movie when it first came out in theaters back in 1985. I love it! I think the actors that played Santa and Mrs. Claus were perfect. They are what I would think the real ones would be like if they were real. I loved their little bedroom at the North Pole. It was so cozy looking, I'd love one like that myself. smile John Lithgow was hysterically funny at times in this movie and Dudley Moore was adorable as Patch. It just has that magical feel that a really good Christmas movie should have. I think it's a classic! My family and I watch it every year! It had been hard to find up until recently, but thank goodness that it is on DVD now.
