I've noticed that all our Crew members have been really busy over the past few months, so just in case I didn't say it - I can't remember if I did say it - all the probationary Crew members are welcomed full-time! biggrin

EDIT: I should be careful about what I say before I say it. Three of our Crew members haven't been active in their duties since August 2007, so I just had to demote them. I don't know if they'll want to come back, though I gave them the option ._.

Now that that's been expressed, I need to ask a huge favour of you guys (and myself). While keeping on top of guild applications and other overall duties, can people please start evacuating topics out of the new Twilight-Related Fanart subforum? Previously AFR, I think most of those topics can be pushed into either the Off-Topic subforum or back into the main forum for now.

You can probably use your own judgement for most of the moving. If you decide that you're going to lump all the posts of a certain kind into one subforum in particular, post it here, and that might help other Crew members.

For example, I think all threads involving creating Twilight avis - unless it's a contest - should stay in the Fanart subforum. But if gold is involved, put it in the Games/Quizzes/Contests subforum.

I think that makes sense?

I've been getting invites to a new Twilight guild, and I've noticed other members of the guild are too. I'm not sure to delete the posts of the ads, or not. What do you think?

If they ask people to join their guild in a non-offensive way...I suppose we can leave it.

But if it's a series of spam-like posts, then on the other hand, no. neutral

Right now I'm loosely interpreting Fan'art' as all types of media, so I'm leaving videos and stuff in there.

But then, spoof movie trailers...I suppose they could go in the Twilight Movie subforum?

But there will always be a lot of mess to clean up in this guild. I see that we have 25 pages in the main forum. eek

As of right now, I have a glitch. I can't accept or decline and users or move and topics. Gaia pops up and says I don't have permission. I figure it'll be fixed soon, but I just thought I'd let anyone know.
