Hmm, it's a tie between Sasuke and Kakashi for me. ^^ I mean, Sasuke's the top ninja of the Village Hidden in the Leaves, but Kakashi has that really wicked Sharingan.

this will be the third time i've said this, but thus far, as funny as naruto is and as impressive as some of the other characters are and as much as rock lee and kakashi are possessed of both, my favorite character is hinata. her shyness might not have been a feature i liked, as the shy character appears a great deal and is far less than flattering as a female archetype. her shyness does play into her overall quality of character, however. it is her nobility, rather than the boisterous nature of too many of the characters that makes her number 1 in my book.
