"You've been to the desert? The great one, to the north?" Hewa's attention had been caught at that. "My birthplace was in the desert." He really couldn't remember it too very well though. They'd gone into the grasslands soon after, and then he'd been taken. "I've been to the mountains. It is cold, but the view from the top is worth it." He recalled his traveling days fondly. Had he made the right choice to stay here? A shifting in his gut--his demon?--answered yes. This was home now.
"Ah, it looks like we're here.." He slowed as they reached the entrance to the cave in the volcano. He assumed Hakuna would know where to go, and he meant to follow behind, having only been inside once or twice.
