really i dont see what the difference was between the two as obama would get us out of the war and that will help big time with the economy and national deficit as it costs like 3 million a day in iraq alone. where mccain would keep us in the war but slowly fix the economy with taxes but not really get rid of the debt.

Wrong. Obama wants to transfer our troops from Iraq to afghanistan, and add more troops there... He's also expressed interest in fighting terrorism in Pakistan, and stabilizing Africa... While it's possible he might cease fighting to try to stop our train wreck home, once we're stable he'll probably be interested in being even more warlike than Bush.

Also, what will be a leading factor in our future military actions is the result of Israel's invasion of Gaza. If it triggers WW3 between the muslim nations and Israel, you can bet that we'll be over there helping out Israel. Obama's administration has the same allegiance to them as Bush's, if not more.

I will, however, admit that Obama's economic money dump is better than Paulson's, but both are wasteful.

Also, I never said I like McCain, his lack of action was rather discouraging.
