OFB + Awnings?

	Ok I just realized that OFB has Awnings.. But I have a problem.. I tried to build a community lot and use them, but it would not let me add a door under it or delete the awning from the game... How does one use the Awnings?

	Awnings work just like a foundation. You pull them to make them as large/small as you like. As for why they won't work on your community lot, I'm afraid I'm baffled.
