I was just calling around and there's a guy in East St.Paul that could possibly do the transfer of the PSL from J&G Sales for $20.

The close place "Wolf's Den" was asking $30-35.

biggrin

What I have to do is get a copy of this guy's FFL since he doesn't have anything with JG sales and send it into JG.

xd

Geeheehee!

All I needs is teh monehs!
... and my superior linguistic skills to talk my mother into letting me.

Really, I don't need her 'okay' to really do it, it would just be nice to get her approval.

After the purchase it will be time to be a higher point of envy at the firing range. twisted
... until the guy with a scoped Mauser or an MG42 shows up.

I can get it.
I'll be calling Al back again and try to set us up the transfer.

I got his copy of the FFL and I filled out the order and completed it.

Sub-Total: $749.95
Zip Zone Rates (Shipping to 551 : 18 lb(s)): $18.13
Total: $768.08

Anxiously awaiting picking it up at the gun store and having it feel like Christmas morning: Priceless.

Besides this place is awesome.
Everywhere you turn there's an awesome gun.
Springfields 1903s and 1878s.
Colt 1911 and Colt .45s.

Ones made by Ruger as well.
High-Standards, two models of Colt Python .357s both in blued.
One is around 3-4" and another is probably about 6".

S&W Police model .38s and some kind of breach loading revolvers (not Webleys)

There was one reminder of that one sale that could have been, a Romanian AK with side folding stock.

Mosin Nagants, Yugo Mausers, a bunch of sporterized Carcanos and one lesser sporterized, the bayonet was removed.

He also had some M1 Carbines.
Two Underwoods, one for $695 and another for 795.
$50 off everything in the store too.
I'll be telling a friend about the Carbine, he's been looking for one, and if I wasn't so set on getting the PSL I would have went 'aw ******** it' and bought that one Underwood for $645.

I found a place that sells the Remington MCS to civilians. I could buy it, but if I spent every penny I have, I'd be $500 in the hole in credit card ******** I need a job.

EDIT: Wait, this is listed as a Class-3 weapon. They don't make it clear if the price is before or after the tax stamp.

Eeek.
It's definitely before since the place selling it is figuring that the 'stamp' is one of those taxes that's added up in the grand total.

Is that it?
... that's a class 3 weapon?
... it's not full auto is it?
It's just that it's really short?
Handguns are shorter and even easier to conceal. The only difference is that none of them are 12 gauge. Although the Desert Eagle might as well be.

The most that it could be classed as is a handgun.
neutral
But then again, we do not live in an ideal world.

No idea what that huge plastic brick is, but that's the gun. Comes with two stocks (pistol grip only, pistol grip and stock), three barrels (short medium and long), two add-on tube extenders (standard 3+1, each extension is +2 shells), two add-on shell holders, a sling, and an attachment to sling it under an M4 (******** yeah seaking).

So if you look at all the s**t you're getting, and think of it as four or five different shotguns in one, then it's really not a bad deal.

Not a Remington MCS, but equally awesome none the less...

Anyways, best of luck with the PSL, I wish I had one.
smile

I figured I'd post this here...

I highly suggest you don't look at the price.

I've read all the feedbacks on the PSLs for J&G Sales and on web forums.

They're all 5 star and "omfg it's ******** awesome!" type things.

The only thing that is making me a bit upset is the fact that I can't find any Romanian surplus gear.
No BDUs, helmets, webbing, and barely any 7.62x54R Romanian surplus.

:/

It's still processing.
stare

At this rate it's going to be a bloody fortnight before I get it.

Tomorrow is Veteran's day so everything is shut down.

You timed it with the rush, so of course ammo is a bit scarce because everyone bought it up.

Well, I wasn't really looking for any specific maker of 54R so I bought the cheapest.

... Russian I think.

Well, I hope I find more.
