Well I've been racking my brain around this question for a while and here it comes to you which is the best joker.......

Is it Heath Ledger


Or.......

Jack Nicholson

I haven't seen the new Batman movie but from the clips-Heath looked amazing.

I think I like them both though. Jack for the more classic Joker and Heath for the more serious-darker tone.

Honestly, I've never seen either movie.

I just glanced at the thread and thought it said "The best joke?" so I was going to post a random joke.

I hear Heath Ledger was a brilliant Joker though. He seems a lot more serious than the original Joker though.

This is a really hard question. Everyone says the other guy made a great joker and really was perfect at it. While heath was more funny and really showed the 'insane' side. ^^

I liked heath a lot but it could be b/c his acting is more fresh in my mind. He was entertaining though and hilarious! But apart from being funny he also was 'crazy' and slick. So I liked him best. 3nodding

I honestly love both of them. The classic Joker was always laughing whie pulling off "jokes," basically liing up to the name. The more recent Joker plays a more serious role, but he throws in humor here and there, and plays the part of being insane quite well.

If you want one that is more cartoony then jack is the best. realistically speaking heath was the best. I prefer Heath, he just has the menace to him that should go with a villan and still holds onto the joking insanity that was the basis of the original character.
