En'dagora hated idle paws more than anything else in her world. Times of neglect, she tried to do as much as she could to make herself known, or hone her skills. But there was only so much a youngling could do around here, even one as ambitious as her.
She was alone again, sitting among the jagged rocks of the terrain. Keen green eyes flickered over her surroundings, always seeking, watching for some opportunity that had yet to show itself. Her claws, small talons, retracted and bared themselves anew, scratching the rocks in hopes of sharpening the hooked edges a little more. There had to be something. In another moment she was going to just get up and attack the nearest peer.

Hiam seemed to be the unlucky cub coming towards her... Unknowingly he trotted along the dusty ground, his head held high, like always. Even though he was young, he walked with a stubborn, arrogant strut. He was all that and a bag of chips, or so the young lion thought.
A soft tune drifted from his throat, his voice rather deep and husky for his age. It betrayed his position, which he didn't bother to hide. Whatever was out there wouldn't dare attacking him... He was the attacker, the cutter, the destroyer... But apparently not that observant, since he didn't notice the female as he started around a large boulder...
