Shikai: Not achieved - When Shiboo Washi is in Shikai, it turns into a two bladed katana, both blades facing the same way. The blades themselves are considerably long, and halfway down the sharpened edge switches sides. The hilt is also long, so the unsharpened side of the other half of the blades are not exposed. It's ability is to shift the blades, by channeling spirit energy into the blades and moving them by comunicating with Shiboo Washi, going to the top, bottom. Both blades halfway. or the on on top and on on bottom, for use as more of a spin quick strike weapon.

Biography/History: When Minato died as a young child, he was sent to the 23 Rukon(cant remember how to spell it at the time) district. As he grew up, he started developing small quantities of spirit energy. Always surrounded by his friends, he was supported when he was older to become a Soul Reaper. When he was 18 (Human years) he decided to join the Academy. He became moderate in Kido abilities and grew great in speed and combat.
